PVC-free means the mat does not use polyvinyl chloride as the base material. It does not automatically mean “perfectly non-toxic.” We treat this as a materials transparency problem: identify the polymer, the additives, and the evidence.
We avoid absolute claims like “toxin-free.” Instead, we look for concrete details (materials, certifications, testing, and warranty/return policies).
